Conclusion of Thailand
* Big Cultural Shock
*It was hard to get use to the people always in your face saying hello & trying to sell anything and everything. The must heard words said to us were "Tuk-tuk" "Taxi" "massage" & "suit". (see the photo of the blue shirt, it sums up how you feel by the end)
* i didn't get sick from the water or the food. i had ice in drinks a few times without thinking & ate street food but nothing happened.
*We feel in love with a street food stall in patong that sold great pad thai for only 50 baht. We went there 3 times (but had shirmp with eyes that i had to pick out) and a great food court called Food Haven. It was all thai dishes & really cheap. Went there to many times to remember. I bet the staff are like not them again.
* the smell was a bit to much in places (especially early in the morning) but wasn't always hanging around.
*The thailand new year & the way they celebrated with the 2 day water flight was strange but amazing.
* on the saturday night we found all the pubs closed for an election the next day.
* I could never pick the lady boys from the ladies, but minya was an expect in picking them.
* Road lanes don't mean anything nor do pedestain crossings. They are more then crazy drivers.
*With Every street there is most likely a dog sitting on a step somewhere.
* the Service for all our 4 hotels has been excellent.
*I had a facial, Body Scrub & Pedicure.
* We found the art of bargining.
*In Bangkok at the MBK centre there was a whole floor for Mobile Phones.
* I could write way more but will get back to this later
