Tuesday 22nd April -

Our last day in Bangkok started with a huge breakfast and a trip to the Grand Palace. We took a Taxi that the hotel rang and only costed us 93 Baht for 30 min trip. Turns out we were getting ripped off for Transport this whole time. The place was very busy and today our last day we got scammed....... Someone told us the temple was closed until 1pm and they could take us on this trip to this 45 foot budda that is only opened for one day only. It would only cost us 40 baht. We both knew this didn't sound right but we got in the tuk-tuk anyway. Turns out we got taken to a jewellery store and taylors so the driver could get a free tank of fuel. We lost all that time driving around for nothing when we could of been in the Grand Palace. We had to leave at 12:30 to be back to the hotel and pack bag so really disappointed we didnt get to go inside. After packing bags we headed to kill time before flight to internet cafe. By this stage we were ready to leave Thailand.

Once at the airport after another fast wild taxi ride we checked it but little did we know they stuffed up our dates to fly. Luftansa had us flying on the 18th which was 4 days ago and all our tickets said the 22nd. After a long stressful wait the lady told us we could get on the flight but wouldn't be sitting together. It was very luck we could get on because the plane as it was full. We got seats behind extra other in the middle section.
