We left Brisbane and made our way to Surfers Paradise. The weather wasn't great so we managed to do some laundry and then had a walk around the shopping centre.We did some christmas shopping for each other, had a lovely meal and then had a game of mini golf in the amusements! We may have also had a go on the machines too x

Australia Zoo! After getting over the obstacle of trying to fit our huge bags into not so big lockers we had a great day. We watched some of the shows and heard the staff talk about some of the animals we didn't know much about. We had an interesting experience while trying to have a nice coffee and muffin, that included being attacked by a very strange looking bird and a lizard! We both held a Koala, I think I may have enjoyed this more than Ang, and a HUGE snak...

We got the bus to Noosa today and went to the beach until it started to rain on us! We cooked some yummy tea at our hostel and then spent some time planning for the next few days x

No Roos spoted on the island but 2 wild dingos . . . . . Today we saw what we could in a 1 day trip to Fraser, in a 4 wheel drive. We swam in the gorgeous Lake Mackenzie, walked through the rainforest, saw the ship wreck on 75km beach, all the beautiful coloured sands at the pinnicles and cooled off in Eli creek. we had a great day with a very knowledgable guide.
