An early start!We drove to Kings canyon where we did a 3.5hour walk!As you can see from the pic we made it to the top of heart attack hill just about in one piece. The views were definately worth the effort! After we went to bush camp after stopping to collect firewood by breaking branches off the already dead trees. Ang especially got into it, even in her flip flops. We helped to make a camp fire and our guide cooked us a yummy tea of chilli before we chose our swags and set off to find an ant-free patch of ground to attempt to sleep on ....Well we managed to avoid the ants but unfortunately the cloudy skies stopped us from seeing the stars, and we were woken by our guide, and the very heavy rain, in the early hours and had to find shelter!! Needless to say it wasn't the best nights sleep but we made it through.
