Well we have decided that we haven't done any extreme sports in a while so ... let's try hand gliding from a 520m mountain and landing on the beach! All sounds simple until we get to the top and come to learn it's actually what looks like an old shed roof that we have to run off! Both a little nervous but so glad we conquered the nerves at it was such an amazing feeling. So peaceful and gentle not to mention the views! After a not so elegant landing on the beach (Nik - I think I was put off remembering what I should have been doing with my feet by the sight of all the sand!!) Quick visit to the Cathedral and the Lapa steps - and even after seeing Daves tiling we were slightly impressed (sorry Dave x ) Pm flight to Santa Cruz in Bolivia, via Sao Paulo and Campe Grande.
