Back to San Jose

After finalising our packing and checking out we walked the mile or so into town, and arrived about an hour early for our bus back to San Jose. This was good as it allowed us a well needed rest from carrying our rather heavy bags. We boarded the bus around 11 and set off on another 4 ½ hour journey (Mae managed to read a whole book) through the stunning mountains and rainforests of Costa Rica finally arriving back in San Jose at around 4 o'clock. We caught a taxi to the hostel we were staying at that night and checked in with no problems. After another brief rest we went out to the shop to get something for dinner, Cheese and Pate Baguettes with tortilla crisps and orange juice...exotic lol!! We then checked some flight info on the computer and headed to bed exhausted!!!
