We started out early today in order to travel up to the top of Mt. Wellington that overlooks Hobart. The view was fantastic. We needed some exercise so took a little hike at the top, enjoying the fresh air, and cool temperatures. One of the treasures of Hobart. Had lunch half way down the mountain at a little cafe and were treated to some live music. It felt like we had travelled back in time to the sixties with songs we knew all the words as well as the Cafe's retro decor. It was very pleasant.

Afterwards we headed to MONA (museum of old and new art) to see some very bizarre and unusual art. Not really my cup of tea but interesting nevertheless and gave some cause to reflect. The building itself is a feat of architectural design, worth the trip just to see.

It was early to bed ... We have a flight at 6:30am ... Yawn
