Today we are taking in the last sights of Sydney and preparing for our trip home. It's hard to believe our trip is over but we have had a marvellous time and will cherish our memories for years to come. Today was a long, long day. We left Coffs Harbour at 8am this morning and arrived in Sydney about 7pm. But, our drive was one of the most beautiful drives we've had so far. Instead of travelling down the coast we decided to do the inland route that took us through the picturesque Bellinger River valley, then the spectacular drive up the Great escarpment and then down through the amazing Hunter Valley. Right in the heart of Coffs Harbour is the Coffs Harbour Golf Club; so we just had to golf it. There was a Tournament on which we were asked if we would like to play in but we declined and I'm glad we did because it was so hot and humid we only played nine holes.
