Hey everyone :) So my time in Queenstown is nearly up. We're off to Christchurch tomorrow bright and early. Can't believe how quickly the past few days have gone by.Queenstown has been so much fun but am looking forward to moving on now.

We made the most of our last day today and had a round of crazy golf this afternoon followed by a trip up in the cable car to have a go at luging...so much fun! Yesterday we spent in the sun lazing by the lake which was absolute bliss...couldnt quite bring myself to have a dip in the lake though, it's absolutely freezing!

On Monday we went to Milford Sound which is the most beautiful place I have ever seen...apparently it's known as the eighth wonder of the world! Weather was absolutely fantastic! We'd heard that the trip itself was a bit disappointing because it takes over four hours to get there on the bus so it's a pretty long day but I thought it was amazing. It's not often you get to see scenery like that! Before boarding the boat we drove through New Zealand's largest National Park which was stunning. Apparently it's bigger than all the other national parks in NZ put together. Had my fingers crossed for some dolphin spotting on the boat but unfortunately we didnt see any :( Speaking of dolphins though I forgot to mention that when we left for Queenstown last week on the bus we were driving along the coast and I was just gazing out the window and saw two dolphins jumping in and out of the water alongside us...it was amazing! Just shows it's worthwhile keeping awake on the bus journeys...you don't want to miss moments like that!

Oh my god remember how shocked I was to run into uni friends in Auckland???...it's happened again haha! Yesterday I was coming downstairs in the hostel and guess who was standing outside?....Dave Alward (for those who know him lol!). I couldnt believe it!What a great surprise though :) I went out with him and his friends last night and it was fantastic, almost like being back at Uni again...I've missed those dance moves haha.
