Det ville have været utænkeligt i Danmark!

The Translator ;) Last night I went to see the Music of James Bond in Petronas Philharmonic Hall. We were’nt allowed to take photos so this one is downloaded from the internet. ……Before I left I had to have something to eat. I found some foodstalls, which I miss from being in Thailand! I had some really good sweet and sour chicken. Whilst I was eating I noticed a few mice running down from the loft and ended up sitting on the cooker where my food had just been cooked. That would never happen in Denmark! But I carried on eating and hoped that I didnt get ill. I’ve been ok so far so fingers crossed………….. I ended up having very little time to get ready, but arrived just in time and got seated. I felt quite underdressed compared to some of the others, but I didn’t exactly have my best clothes with me. It was a fantastic experience. Right from the start and more or less all the way through the evening I had goosebumps. And it wasn’t because of the air-con! Apart from the Malaysian orchestra Debbie Gravitte was performing. It wasnt just one number after another though – they really understood how to entertain! The conductor told us about the different pieces of music now and again, which he made quite amusing, and Debbie Gravitte did the same. It was an amazing and relaxed atmosphere so we could just sit back and enjoy the show……….. They had a scene with someone playing mobilephones. It was a piece of music where he played solo on his telephones. Every telephone had a certain ringtone depending on which telephone was calling. I couldn’t wait to hear this. When he “played” it was the classic ringtones that we all know and love. The guy made it look as if it was really difficult and stressful, so during the scene, he had a shoulder massage from one of the orchestra, and was served water and a towel to “dab the sweat off his brow”. Really entertaining…… The whole evening was fantastic and the piece where they had put music together from action-scenes from 2 films was excelleng. If you ever find yourselves in KL then I really recommend the 'Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra!.
