Thursday 2nd July It's a bit of a fitful night and the sun gets up early. We see elk wandering around. We are up packed and in the national park before 7am. Wednesday 1 July We have to get up early in order to get the buses to collect the rental car. Malcolm decides he will go alone as check out is not till 12. I pack and sort my things. Tuesday 30 June We do some research for further days and then leave to catch a bus down the strip. We have to pre buy tickets. A 24hr pass. It's so hot on the bus and it's a surprisingly long journey down the strip. It really is a dessert as soon as you leave the buildings! Monday 29th June We sleep in and relax until late. We eat the rest of our food supplies and do some research. We decide to go shopping. The closest recommended mall is about 30min. Thankfully I remember my umbrella at last. It's so hot, but thankfully without the humidity in the top of Mexico. We spend the rest of the day browsing stores.
