Thursday 13 August By the time we are up and about and decided on what to do, it's late. We catch a small bus to the train station, and a train to the city. We figure our way to the info centre inside Macy's. We talk to a representative and then walk around, trying to decide what to do. We see the Empire State Building. Wednesday 12 August Up and breakfast and gone by 7:30. It's a lovely walk down tree lined streets, moist from the rain. Malcolm gets our tickets and then it's 30 min till we start to board. Once on we stay till the border. It's straight forward getting in. We next stop for lunch after 1pm and get to NYC about 6pm. A long journey in a cramped seat. A lovely view.
