The Hurley's Travels
Sunday 22 November
It's a bit of an awful night. Noisy party somewhere. But we up and pack and eat breakfast. It's a gorgeous clear day out. From the high walls of Siena is a lovely view of Tuscany. We get to the station with good time. A train arrives to our platform but we can't figure if it's our train. Eventually we ask after a little fluffing around and it is. It's a lovely ride through the countryside except the bad fumes in the carriage. There is over an hours stop over at a station. Eventually we get to Rome. It's a short walk to the b&b where someone is waiting to let us in. She has a strong accent and likes to say 'ok'a lot. We relax, watch the final episodes of master chef and enjoy dinner. Exploring tomorrow!
