Hey Everyone!

Sorry it has been a while since our last update, we have been really busy lately (mainly trying to organise a way to Malaysia tomorrow!). After Koh Tao we went to Koh Samui, where Amy got to spend her birthday! It was nice on Koh Samui, but no where near as good as Koh Tao, mainly due to the overcast weather and packed beaches - it felt more like a spanish resort than thailand! We met a couple of New Zealand girls who are doing a similar trip to us but the other way around, they are going to work in greece and england - we have recommended Manchester obviously!

We are now in Phuket, after a very gruelling 14 hour bus journey from Koh Samui - we were supposed to arrive at 5.30pm, but as usual Thai time keeping goes we eventually arrived at 9.30pm, and not best pleased. Luckily we are flying to Penang in Malaysia tomorrow, and flying from Penang to KL. Phuket is lovely - there is an amazing shopping centre which is really cheap, and lots of good bars. We went to an Irish bar last night that had a Thai band playing and they were so fantastic, played any song you wanted and they all had amazing voices. The beach isnt the best here though, not the cleanest weve been to, but it very sunny which makes up for the overcast-ness we had in Samui so its all good!!

Anyway, we will update again very soon....probably once settled in Penang. Hope you all are well - keep updating us on our message board!
