Hi Everyone!!

We are orry it has been a while since we have updated the blog...its much more difficult to get onto a PC here, especially as they turn them off around tea time (when we manage to get back from having a look around). Also, we haven't been able to put any photos on yet as we cant get on for longer periods of time, we will put them all up in Kanchaniburi when we get there tomorrow....there are lots!!!

Anyway, we have been in Chiang Mai for 4 days, and it has been lovely, much nicer than Bangkok. The first day we just spent having a look around the city, visiting a few temples etc. The last two days we went on a jungle trek. The first day was spent going to a 50 metre waterfall, some hot springs, and a trek of about 4 hours - got bitten A LOT!! Then we stayed the night in a local village, singing songs around the camp fire etc, was so much fun! The second day involved an elephant trek and some bamboo rafting....Amy fell in but then most people decided to jump in anyway!!

We will uload photos in the next available place, getting the overnight train at 2pm this avo.
