Great Barrier Reef Trip

We had a great day on the Barrier Reef, We set off nice and early and sailed to the reef which took about two hours. Once there we got our flippers snorkle and mask on and went for a dip to try and find Nemo. We saw loads of fish and beautiful coral it was like swimming through an underwater garden, we even saw a shark (only a Reef shark though) it was a little too quick for us to take a picture, but still no Nemo. After lunch I went for a scuba dive whilst Heiki did some more snorkling. I was a little nervous it being November my last dive but it was just like riding a bike it all came flooding back, and we found Nemo at last!
After my dive we both did a bit more snorkling and we saw a Turtle! Heki had already been chasing it to try get a picture anyway he managed just about!
On the sail back we sat in the net at the front of the boat and had some cheese and wine (very cheap wine he he) it was a fab day we cant wait for ou trip to the Whitsundays so we can swim with the fishes again!
