First day in Vienna is over, and it's not been particularly great, due to the torrential rain, but alas there are still stories to tell.... So the last few days in Prague haven't disappointed. Thankfully the weather has gotten cooler, so now you can at least stand in the shade without sweating (our room is still a sauna though). We visited the Jewish quarter on Friday, which is a part of Prague that used to be a Jewish ghetto in the nazi regime. They were only given a tiny bit of land for their dead, and as the Jewish aren't allowed to cremate (part of their beliefs) they ended up pilling body, aft...

So it's coming to the of our second day in Prague. The only way I can sum it up so far is.. Sweaty! We are in a four bed dorm here with two guys called Drew and Mic from Sydney, who are beyond funny. Honestly couldn't have asked for better dorm mates. The only thing is there is no air con in the entire hostel. Which wouldn't be too bad apart from its been like 33c here the last few days. Which has meant sleepless nights as its too warm to breathe. First day...

Back in Berlin. Berlin is one of my favourite cities of all time, and this was my third visit. Our hostel is nice, the rooms are quite small and we have communal showers. It doesn't have breakfast included which kinda sucks though. Also it doesn't have a full length mirror! And for a girl this causes a problem- how will I know if my outfit matches!? The first night in Berlin we went out to some bars and didn't end up getting in until 7.30 am. At which point ...

So just got into the flying pig hostel after our last day in Amsterdam - not that we were here for long. Our room in this hostel is in the top floor which involves walking up six flights if steep stairs , as apparently we are in medieval times as their is no lift aha.
