So just got into the flying pig hostel after our last day in Amsterdam - not that we were here for long.
Our room in this hostel is in the top floor which involves walking up six flights if steep stairs , as apparently we are in medieval times as their is no lift aha. The hostel however is pretty great, we a good bar, free wifi and great location.

Anyway so Amsterdam...

It was very eye opening to say the least.

A lesson I learnt was not to do my hair in a shop window I think is empty....
As it wasn't just my reflection looking back at me, it was also a half naked women trying to lure Ben in.
Lovely.

It is also a very pretty city though, the canals make it picturesque.
The bike traffic in Amsterdam extremely outweighs car traffic. I can't tell you the amount of times we nearly got run over by a bike or moped ( mopeds can ride in bike lines over here).

We went on our bar crawl in the first night which was really fun and involved a lot of free drinks. There were six bars in total,- we only made it to the fourth one. How people go the whole night i do not know.

Well I need to repack my suitcase now as its off to Berlin in the morning.
