After a lovely home-cooked chinese lunch fae Berry we said our goodbyes and headed off to pick up our visas fae the hostel. If we thought the staring was bad before it was even worse waiting for the bus wae all our bags. You would think we were the first white tourists to ever visit Nanning. Cant say we will miss it at all! When you are brought up being told staring is rude it is very uncomfortable having so many people so obviously stare at you! Thankfully our visas were ready and waiting for us when we arrived. Got our bus from Nanning to Beihai, didn't arrive until after 8pm and got a taxi to the hotel where we were meeting our next host. Felt very uncomfortable when we pulled up to the poshest hotel in Beihai and the porter opened the taxi door for us and set off to get the luggage trolley. You would have thought the rucksacks would have been a clear indication we were not staying there!lol. They were very helpful and let us borrow a phone to call our host. Eliza and her husband Diego were very nice and invited us out for dinner when we arrived, although the barbecued whole chickens didn't look to appealing they tasted absolutely amazing! Went to their local bar for a few drinks and ended up in a club and not getting home until 6am. Really great night out!

Only got up around 2pm today and didn't have the clearest head after last night. Its been a long time since we have had a fill of drink! Thankfully all we did was head down to the beach and relax for the rest of the day. Met some interesting people, didn't quite have the energy to swim or play volleyball which was a shame.

Last day in Beihai and unfortunately only had time to explore the old street as it took longer than planned to get our bus tickets for vietnam sorted with there only being Chinese speaking staff. Lets just hope we end up in Vietnam as its a rather early start and a waste of money for us if we don't!lol.
