Hey all

Hope everyone back home is good!!! We are now in a place called surfers paradise but i'll fill you in on how we got here!!!

On Tuesday myself and Ally went to Australia Zoo which was amazing it had a croc show, tiger show, birds and reptile show plus the chance to get up close and personal with lots of the animals. I held a baby alligator and Ally held a 7ft long Bermise Python!!!!!! We met the two boys Mick and Ronan at the zoo we all had a really good day with only the rain to dampen the mood.

Wednesday was our last day in Brisbane and our last day with Sarah, Ashleigh and Jemma. I realised on wednesday morning that I had lost my phone so myself and Ally went into town in search of it but of course it wasnt to be found so thats now a camera and a phone I have had to replace so far this trip (its getting costly lol) On Wednesday night we all headed out to the Valley for a bit of karoke and a goodbye drink!!!

Thursday morning it was up early to finish off the packing and say goodbye to the girls before heading to the bus station! We had an hour and a half bus journey to a Surfers Paradise!!! When we arrived we checked into our hostel called Cheers (Where no one knew our names lol) We paid for 2 nights, boy was that a mistake it was the nastiest hostel ever!!!!!!! It had a layer of dirt on the floor and hairs and sand everywhere and to make matters worse there was no air con!!!!!! To get away from the dirt we headed to the beach and then went and got some dinner. That 1st night i couldnt sleep for all the noise but Ally had her ear plugs in so she managed to get a few hours kip!!!

Friday morning we headed to the pool at the hostel which wasnt so bad and just did some sun bathing!! That night we headed back to our sweat box room and watched a dvd on Ally's laptop!!! During the night I was woken up by something biting me!!!! It finally happened we had got BED BUGS!!!!!!!!! So I was awake from 5am with lots of bites and nowhere to sleep without getting more. I went for a walk on the beach!!!!!! When we told reception of the problem in our room she told us to tumble dry all our clothes and said it was a shame!!!! A shame! she should see my blooming legs with bites lol!!!!!

After our ordeal of tumble drying everything we own!!!!! We left for the bus station and took a 5 hour bus to a place called Coffs Harbour Which is where we are now!!!!!

We will upload pics of the zoo and stuff soon, the computers here dont have any connections to do it!!! Hopefully were heading to Sydney tomorrow night so update will be coming again soon!!
