So here I am, day 4 in koh Phangan and I've done absolutely nothing so far! oops. I'm not convinced there's a huge amount TO do but i havn't exactly looked into it either. lots of lazy days on the beach and in the beach bars then hectic nights of parties.

Yesterday was such a random day but was really awesome. I was on the beach and met 3 Irish boys and one Irish girl, they are all on holiday for a few weeks and have rented the most expensive place on the island, complete with plasma screens, air con, dressing room, massive bathroom and separate hot tub room. These boys were a real hoot and I sat near the bach drinking with them until mid afternoon and went out with them in the evening, no expense spared.

The beach parties are every night and even though the beach is long it gets quite crammed with people which makes it a really good atmosphere. There's far more holidy makers here than I thought, i assumed it would be more traveller types, but I guess the 18 year old post school gangs have found out about it.

The party never gets going til well after 2am and there's fire displays, jumping through the ring of fire (not to be recommended as i've seen lots of drunk boys in flames) and generally lots of craziness but its all good fun.

Going to have a chilled out night tonight before the full moon party. Its a pity the boys are going back to ireland but the girl is still around and she used to work on the island for 2 years so knows everyone which is cool.

Oh yeah, and very strangely bumped into Rob and Hamish off my bus in New Zealand, then later met Skye who I did quite a bit of travelling with all those months ago. Weird weird weird!!
