It is not unheard of for me to do strange things in strange places. When I first for my braces we went to celebrate my birthday at Pizza Hut and the cinema. I was being very careful and brushed my teeth in front of the trailers. Yesterday I could be found sewing a button onto a new pair of chinos in Sydney's botanical gardens.
I went on to wear these wonderful Cartmel coloured beauties to meet Chris who kindly bought me many birthday drinks in the Argyle, an old prison courtyard turned bar, birthday breakfast and put me up for the night. We had a great evening and I enjoyed meeting all his mates and colleagues, and sharing stories of travels, drinks and Chris. There were special laughs with Rose and Paddy who went to Lawswood school which is 10 minutes walk from my high school.
I started the day with sauna, a swim and dip in the jacuzzi before I went off to meet Benson for a movie at the biggest IMAX in the world which was fantastic and very vibrant. We saw Oz: the Great and Powerful which is a prequel to the Wizard of Oz based on the wizard's story. And now I'm on the train to the Wades, cousin of my Dad, on the Lister side of the family! That all for now! Thank you for all my birthday wishes.
