When we got back from Vio we had booked into a Michelen restaurant called Restaurant Callizo. I could not possibly describe the dinner we had but it started with a spoon with something frozen on it called nothing. We were instructed to suck the spoon - tasted nice. We then had a frozen cocktail that looked like an icy pole, then came a garden with a tree and two olives stuffed with cheese were hanging in the tree. Then another tree with silk worms, and a whole menu of interesting things - delicious! A great finish to a wonderful few days in the Pyrenees township of Ainsa.
