This morning we slept as the Spanish do - till late! Because we don't eat till after 9 pm we aren't getting to bed before midnight, so a late morning start. Besides you can't get breakfast until after 9 am and even then it's minimal. So after breakfast we took our washing to the laundry where we had to pay Euro 8 for the wash and Euro 6 for the dryer so expensive load of washing at around $20 Australian. We had Tapas for lunch and cup of tea. The weather is not nice at all today with threaten of rain so we went for a walk along the waterfront and went to their famous Aquarium which filled in a couple of hours. We spent some time this afternoon writing postcards and catching up. We headed out about 7.45pm for a drink and found a little crowded bar not far from where we had chosen to eat dinner. Fuegro Negro was the name of the bar. We made a reservation at Restaurante Alberto in Calle de 31 de Agosto for 8.30 for dinner - a somewhat respectable time for an early dinner. We had the Euro 20 set menu and it was delicious. We chatted with English twins at the next table who were lovely for ages. They were very excited about the royal baby. We walked home around 11 pm.
