Having seen the Cathedral we were eager to see more of the city as it looked beautiful. With the buildings all made of volcanic stone made them look classic referring to Italy on more than one occasion. We have gone back to travelling long distances on buses again. Starting with an English breakfast with a twist along with fruit juices and a hot chocolate we prepared ourself for the day. On a separate note, the fruit juice that are on offer taste completely different to back home. You can taste the fresh fruit and makes a massive difference, also making them filling. We have woken up in what feels like paradise. With no curtains to the front of our room the natural light from the sunrise woke us up to watch it.
