Today was purely a day of travelling so tried to make the most of it.
Waking up early and getting a taxi to the airport, everything went smoothly all the way up to getting on the plane. We were even given extra leg room for being sat next to the emergency exit.
Landing in Lima we waited for our second flight which then appeared to be delayed. This gave us a chance to grab the worlds biggest bag of malteasers and some headphones. Also gave the opportunity to look at a couple of Hugo boss suits, which is never a bad thing.
With a gate change and a new departure time we were soon jet setting back of to Brazil. With Star Trek as the inflight film we were both happy and the time flew by.
Stepping off in Brazil you could immediately feel the heat and with a quick look at each other we new Brazil was going to be fun.
The taxi took us to a hostel which sent us to another one just down the road and we are staying in a dorm with a French girl and an English guy. Lets just say the girl was stereotypically French, nice but moaned a lot, a particular highlight being the "lack of granola".
As for Mark he seems a really good laugh and is booked on the tour to Argentina with us tomorrow.
