Hello from Hall's Gap!

So I came here last Wednesday and started working in the cafe right away. I worked 10 hours on the first day and 9 on the second. The work included a lot of dish washing and other cleaning because of the cafes renovation. The café also did a whole lot of food and I think it's more like a diner than a café. So the cafe job just wasn't for me and I resigned. I still worked until Sunday because it was so busy there and they needed help J It was a good experience even when it wasn't for me.

Yesterday was really the day when I got to go around and see the nature for the first time since arriving here! It's so beautiful!! Yesterday I biked around two hours just looking around hall's gap. Today I visited Brambuk visitor center and asked them advice about walks. They send me to one that's 3,5 km long and goes up to Boronia Peak - To the top of the Mountain just behind Hall's Gap! :D I spent maybe 3 hours on the walk just taking pictures and enjoying the nature. I even got my first proper picture of kangaroos! I also saw lot of lizards and birds (fortunately no snakes). The birds here sing/shriek (depends how you wanna think it :D) SO HARD! One bird sounds like a broken computer that goes NACK HUM SCREECH GRAMMMMMMM! J

I will leave Hall's Gap on Wednesday so I still have tomorrow to enjoy the natural park and the mountains. Tomorrow I'm first going to go to the Hall's gap zoo which is about 7 km away. I'm gonna bike there so it doesn't take so long. If I still have time after that I wanna take another walk what the person from the visitor information suggested. It's about 2,5 km route to another mountain peak. Tomorrow the weather should be 31 degrees so I will have to see how much I can handle!

After Wednesday I still have no idea where to go, but I have to decide at the latest tomorrow evening. Maybe I go to Melbourne or Adeleide or then to some smaller city with harvest jobs. I have to figure it out tomorrow. I hope I get a job somewhere before that so I have a solid destination.

I have met a lot of wonderful people here in Hall's Gap and all around Australia! I have now told you everything important nothing else worth of mention hasn't really happened.
