Hellooo!!

I'm sorry I didn't write anything last week. I was so busy here in the farm that I really didn't have time to write :/ But now we got a rainy day so nohing much to do :)

I've now stayed one and half week in this farm and it has been worth it. It has been hard but also instructive. I've learned a lot from the host about how Australia works and what people and the society are like.

The farm is about 20 minutes from the nearest city Bairnsdale and literally in the middle of nowhere. We have left the farm for few times so I haven't had the cabin fever yet :) My work here inclues mostly gardening jobs but also calf training every morning!

Last week we went to Dargo to clean the other property the owner has for the coming family get together. The views were pretty amazing! On Friday and Saturday we went to Sale to the Australian World Cap Qualification show jump competition. It was defenitely an experience I'm gonna remember for a long time. I haven't ever been in any horse compettion and I think it was really nice!

I also celebrated my birtday on Saturday and to my surprise I got a card, a cake and a birthay song from my "roommate" and the host :) It was really nice of them and the cake was good also ;)

We went to Bairnsdale yesterday only for couple of hours. There we went to the local Op shop that is like a second hand shop. It was so great! I found lot of clothes but bought only four because I can't really get much to fit in my already too full backpack :) The clothes were also really cheap! They had this sign that everything was at half price so my total price was four dollars which is like 2-3 euros! I made a promise that I shop only in Op shops here in Australia because I really don't need anything fancier and don't wanna use too much money :)

About the future. I'm levaing the farm this Sunday the 8th and most likely going back to Melbourne. I don't yet have a job but I'm looking for them acutely . I have gotten few answers but nothing suitable yet. If I can't get anything before monday I'm just gonna print a pile of resumes and go from door to door.

So I don't yet know where I'm gonna spent the Chrismas or New Year but I will figure it out like I always do :D
