Hey everybody!
The week here in Sydney has been amazing! I have walked around the city center every day at least one hour per day. The sights are amazing and the people are nice. It's a really busy city but I like it.
I have been to the Botanic Gardens, Sydney Opera House, every park in the city center etc. Sydney is filled with skyscrapers and other majestically build houses. Fortunately they have saved few parks so the city image won't be so dark.
I stayed my first four nights in Wake Up Hostel (which was included to my travel packet). The hostel was nice and very international so you met a lot of people from different countries. Especially Germans! There are Germans everywhere! My roommates changed a couple of times and they were from Germany, Netherlands and Finland. I made really good friends with two of the German girls and we have now gone out a couple of times. J
After the first four days I moved to another hostel (Oasis backpackers) just five minutes away from the first. This hostel was much cheaper than the first and you can really see the difference example in the toilets and showers. This hostel is still enough for me because I only stay here for three nights.
SO I got a job! JEJ! I'm moving from Sydney tomorrow and will go to this smaller city, middle of Natural Park and Grampians Mountains. I got a job from café where I'm supposed to do anything they do in cafes from making coffee and tea, preparing some small foods like hamburgers to cashing and cleaning up. I have two weeks trial period and if nothing special happens, I got the job for three months!
I'm really looking forward to the job and the nature there also, which is going to be lot different than here in Sydney. I'm a little sad to leave my first city here in Australia, but I still have tomorrow. I think I go to the Sydney Sea Life Aquarium and then just circle around for (maybe) the last time.
Next time I will write to you from Hall´s Gap Victoria, Australia.
Bye!
