Finally we got out hiking for a night. It was raining most of the day off and on, but got a few minutes of sunshine here and there. We camped by a beautiful, and very full lake. It began storming again around 6pm. I received a lesson in Blackjack and Texas Hold'em as the storm passed. We awoke to hundreds of mozzies and several varieties of slugs on our stuff before hiking a bit of the AT, to Baker's Peak, and then out. Thanks Vermont, you've been a gracious host!
