We made it!!! 11,200 miles through 30 states over 72 days; it was an awesome trip. We made the last push from Vegas to the Bay in one afternoon arriving back in Oakland late on Thursday night, just in time to head out to SF for Outside Lands festival in Golden Gate Park the following day. The festival was a ton of fun; catching some great tunes and catching up with some great friends too! On Saturday the sun even stuck around for most of the day so the vibe was particularly nice as people got down in the park. Many thanks to all the fine folks we caught up with on the trip for all their generosity, hospitality and for showing we travelers a great time in each of your cities. Also, thanks to all of you who have read this attempt at a blog! We're stoked you could follow along and be a part of our trip. We're hunkering down in the Bay for a few weeks to recoperate and get our affairs in order before we head out on the International leg of the trip.
