We are on week three at National Park Village. So thought we should update you all on our activites. Work has been ok just cleaning rooms and the dinning areas and kitchen. Yesterday we arrived at The Park Travellers Lodge in National Park Village which is in the Tongariro National Park. And today it was back to reality and work!!!!!! Lucky we managed to get settled in well to our lovely PRIVATE room!!! No more dorms for us for the next 6 weeks. Both have lovely double beds with me upstairs and claire downstairs in our loft style room. Another luxury is having our own toliet and shower. We also have a fridge for our food and beer. O...

Thursday 13th November Not too early a start today bus picked us up at 9am from Rotorua. The Magic bus takes us to places and can organise activites and hostels for us which is great so we have a wee book of activities to chose from. I had already decied to skydive and Claire was unsure so i knew i could book it today with the driver for later in the week. Once on the bus the driver tells us the days itinerary and he mentioned skydivers will be picked up at 2pm....

Finally we have access to cheap and fast internet so time for a long overdue update........ We are now in New Zealand and have been here for 3 weeks.Stayed in Auckland city for 2 weeks while we looked for jobs, set up bank accounts and got our tax numbers so we can legally work.
