Day 4 of the second cruise and were in Bari, Italy. Iv'e completed my first week on the ship now and its been a great sucess although theres been so much information to take in. This week, and every three weeks from now on, i'm on duty for the the stage staff so I have the 24 hour phone and can be called out at any time if help is needed on the stages or for any other related work. This has meant that I haven't been able to get off the ship this week but i've still got plenty of time to see all of these amazing places. That's also why this is just a quick post because off back to work soon to set up for tonights ice show.

Today is my first payday and everywhere is busy because we go and queue up with alot of the staff to get our pay in US Dollars and then we give alot of it back for all of the drinks, uniform and other things that we've payed for on the ship in the last two weeks. Because we pay using our crew cards and not cash for drinks and internet etc, it came as abit of shock when i saw the bill for what iv'e spent so far, especially on drinks it seems :p

Tommorow is my liferaft training so it's going to be a morning of swimming around and doing safety training in the main guest pool so I can't complain really. Next week we apparently have a one off 8 day cruise to greece and turkey so really looking forward to that and to get off the ship to explore these places.
