LAST DAY OF TOUR!!!!

Forgot to set my alarm but woke up to the others shuffling around about 8am. We completed evaluation forms about the trip over breaky and met JD at the van at 9am. We drove for a couple of hours and landed in Beverley Hills around 1.30pm. We wandered the main drag a bit and stopped for lunch at Maccas again *groan*.

JD then took us to a lookout with a view of the Hollywood sign, but it was quite far away. See if you can find it in my pic!!!

Next stop...our final destination...the Hotel Hacienda LA...booooo. JD, Sophie & John were staying there for the night so we said goodbye to them and the rest of us walked to the train station. Seemed like a long way but that's probably coz I retrieved all my things I had stashed in the van and was carrying all my possessions! It was a good 20 min walk. We caught the green line then the blue line to the end...this is where we said goodbye to my crazy German buddy Chris. The rest of us jumped on the red train towards Hollywood. Olivia & Vicki said quick goodbyes as they jumped off leaving Becky, Lissy & I to head to our Banana Bungalow together. We got off at the nearest stop then decided we did not want to walk even one more step with all our gear so we jumped in a taxi.

By the time we got to our room it was after 9pm and we were starving!!!! The weary travellers decided to get pizza delivered, which was pretty yum, and then called it a night.

Tour complete! It doesn't feel like it coz I'm still with the girls...
