here we are, western civilisation at longlast. after three planes, nearly losing our bags and nearly, with 2 mins to spare, missing our plane, we arrived tired but intact! we are staying right in the centre of waikiki amongst too many expensive hotels and shops! 4 quid for a jar of peanut butter. this morning we climbed the famous diamond head and saw amazing views of the south shore and waikiki. its exactly as we expected, with business men going to work in hawaiian shirts. this afternoon we will rent some longboards and hit the waves at waikiki beach.,it looks busy out there but i cant wait to get back on a longboard after so long, and laugh at aarons longboarding skills! in a couple of days were gonna head over to the north shore and look at pipe, sunset, wiamea etc!! ah this is the life. :0)
