indooo here we come again!!

So here we are in Singapore airport with 7 hours to wait! i tried to log on to update our journal but managed to fail, so we will do that once we get back to england! We polished off Bali in spectacular style, bartering in the markets and then having a couple of hours in a beauty spa which was hilarious as we had to wear novelty looking pants and have creamed rubbed all over and then jump in a bath full of random spices or manly scents! Singapore was good fun, we took a couple of tours of the city which was interesting and ate some random food. We were a little amused/unimpressed to discover our hotel was in the red light district! The hotel was nice though, although having a pack of jonnies in the bedside draw instead of the token bible caused a little concern! Well, i guess you'll all be seeing us real soon - cant wait to all catch up! Mum, get the kettle on!

Say farewell Singapore, hello Heathrow and don't forget to wrap-up in something warm. So looking forward to seeing you both tomorrow morning. xxxx

\oh la la, oh no! sacre bleu! only 2 days left, I bet you are counting the hours left of joy, paradise and relaxed life. you may be looking forward to coming home but you will see how fast we get back into normal life when we work and how quickly a trip seems so far away, it seems that I was back months before, the time flies by and soon reality and routine hits.... It was such a fantastic trip, it has been the best year of my life and was so great to meet up with you in many countries. you gave Mark and I the idea to go travelling and also kind of try to combine the destinations. enjoy the last seconds of fulfillment, pure joy, pleasure and eye opening on the world in it 's integral complexity. I am very busy in sydney and i have just moved to manly not far from the ferry or aquarium, really enjoying it despite the crasy amount of work. it seems that travelling was years ago... what a shame I will not be there to celebrate your return but at easter we will celebrate and do a photo evening. good luck to find jobs at home love lilly

3 days to go until we board our plane to england!! Looking forward to coming back, but have had such a fantastic trip so sad its all over. leaving the sweaty surf bleased bali tomorrow for 2 days in singapore so that should be fun. See you all real soon!

Hi you two! Cant believe its less than 2 weeks til you're back, its crazy that a year has gone by! We are looking forward to a big party in 2 weeks. well all looks pretty sick as usual you lucky b*****s. good effort on the sky diving... did you wee in your suits on that occasion too? man, what a trip you're having i am very jealous could really do with travelling, surfing and chilling for a while. still the new job is good as and they're flexible on surf breaks which is nice. all a bit windy here at the mo, plenty of swell but too much wind! mmm hopefully will get away late spring... back to portugal, sagres area i guess. over and out for a while and see you fairly soon i guess. jon

2007! We have finally got round to updating the site, we have got loads of new pictures on the north and south island section of the site and done a short journal update. Hope you all had as good a one as we did!
