River rafting in HAIMING - Monday me, Stacey, Anna and Kelly went river rafting on the River In. I learned the River In is what flows through Innsbruck and "bruck" in German means bridge. Hence the name Innsbruck.

Haiming is a small town about 20 min. outside of Innsbruck. We had so much fun. We had wet suits and boots on because the water was so cold,48 degrees to be exact. Once we got in though we got used to it. The rapids were a 3 on a scale of 1-5. So we got some good rapids and the rest of the time played games and jumped in the water. I think I'm ready to try a level 4 now. The company we used Wiggy Rafting did not take any action shot pictures of us on the river so luckily Anna took some pictures of us before and after we went on the river. I will post them as soon as I get copies from her.

Tomorrow I have 2 finals and Alex gets here! I will be done after my finals tomorrow and then I will be showing Alex around here until Saturday morning when we head to Munich. He is going to get to go out with us all on Friday and finally understand what I have been talking about for the past month. I'll be sad to leave Innsbruck but at the same time I'm ready to go home, get a pedicure and eat Mexican food!
