Our last day in London and we wake again to sunshine, we get all the packing finished, and leave the apartment about 10.00.

Stupidly or not, we are taking the tube to Leannes place instead of Mike picking us up. So we follow their directions until we are stopped and told the line we want to be on is closed for track work, how typical. So we get on a much longer route, and what should have taken less than an hour takes 2 hours, with 2 giant suitcases and 3 pieces of hand luggage, man, that is the last time I catch a train with that much luggage, I guess we are really lucky we aren't with the kids.

Leanne picked us up from the station and we go to their place for the afternoon for a BBQ. The kids all get on so well, and we have a great afternoon.

5 o'clock and time to go to the airport, Mike and Leanne take 2 cars and drive us to the airport, not far from their place. Of course I have checked which terminal we are leaving from, and that is where they drop us, we say our goodbyes and head into the airport. Only I looked at the wrong date, and we had to walk a mile to find the right place, no one is very happy with me........

After what seems like ages, we board the plane for Dubai and then onto Sydney, and home sweet home..........
