A lot seems to have happened since the last blog but it's only a few days. We have seen a black bear lope across the road in front of the car all I could say was BEAR, BEAR, BEAR …, (Sorry no camera) caught a ferry to Vancouver with the snow capped mountains creeping closer, said goodbye to our cousins, walked and took a bus tour around Vancouver, caught the Rocky Mountaineer to Whistler and a bus back, saw a movie called chaos being shot on the streets of Vancouver. What more could I ask. Well apparently we ate a Japadog from the world famous Japadog stand - quite by accident I might add. The Granville markets were another highlight.

Our apartment has been fantastic. Great position to see the main attractions.

Tomorrow we meet up with our friends Kate and Paul and head around the Rockies. Bye for now.
