A small hangover today, but again not too bad! Weather isn't great outside, quite cloudy which is a shame as we were going to head down to the beach again. We went to the big shopping mall here in Patong called The Big C, has all sort of shops and entertainment so looked around there for a while. The boys went out for a big dinner but I wasn't too hungry so just got a few cheap snacks and saved my money.

It's the weekend but unless I checked the date on my phone I would have no idea. Completely lose track of what day it is out here, quite nice really. We all wandered the markets of Patong for the day, didn't really get much but it's nice to just experience this way of life and seeing what is on offer. Not feeling too bad after last night, had a lot of fun and met an Irish bloke who had travelled New Zealand, so got some good tips from him. We booked up a couple of things today. Our visa run to Bhurma and a day trip to a place called Flying Hanuman. Came to about 4000 baht, so around £80. Expensive times! Went out for dinner and decided to be a bit naughty, we had a Mcdonalds... But oh boy was it nice! Triple cheeseburger get it in my mouth.

Another beach day! The weather was magnificent today, clear blue skies, 35 degree heat, lovely! Got my tan on, oh yeah. They do parasailing on the beach but at nearly £25 a go we decided not to bother, it only lasts a couple of minutes too so really didn't seem value for money. Beach day! It was a straight walk from the hotel to the beach, but we went through a shopping centre and managed to come out the wrong side! Ended up walking through a building site to get to the beach, I got disgusting sludge all over my feet and flip flops! Not pretty...
