Our last day in Chiang Mai, checked out at 12 but had to wait around for 4 hours to get our transfer to the train station so just chilled out in the lounge area. Hangover day! Didn't do much at all today apart from chill out by the pool, drink plenty of water, had a banana shake, that was delicious and eat loads. Went to the Chiang Mai Saloon again for dinner, said our goodbye's the the group as everyone is going their separate ways, that's travelling!

Last day of trekking! Must admit I'm pretty happy it's the last day, not been as good as I thought, but I've met some really nice people so I guess that's something. Day 1 of our jungle trek, took us about an hour to get there, only got a small backpack on me with a few clothes, towel and plimsoles. We have our trek leader who calls himself the "Jungle King". This is because he shares the kings birthday and was born in the jungle, he's a bit crazy and keeps singing Gangnam Style!
