Packed up and checked out of Kawin Place by midday, however the transfer was at 2pm so we chilled in the wifi area until then. Our last full day in Thailand! Set our alarms for 9am which we reluctantly woke up to. I had bought a red bull the previous night to ease my awakening so I drunk that straight away and headed up to the shower. Today's plan was The Grand Palace and then off to the MBK Market to haggle gifts for friends and family. Today we did quite a bit, firstly we went for some Thai lunch on Sol Rambuttree Road which is nearby where we are staying but it's very old local Thai theme. After that we got a foot massage which at first I found really ticklish but after about 5 minutes I was really enjoying it, that lasted about 30 minutes and was well worth the £2 we paid for it. Oh dear! Having breakfast at 5pm is a new record for me! Really ballsed up my sleeping pattern now. New Zealand soon is my excuse... Didn't really achieve a great deal today, I purchased a new vest as I was wearing the other one far too much and just wasn't liking the feeling of wearing a t-shirt anymore. I started reading a new book today called The Arctic Event which I'm thoroughly enjoying.

Starting to feel a bit nocturnal after two nights out I didn't get up until the afternoon, woopsy! I figured I'm off to New Zealand in a few days so I stopped caring about my sleeping pattern! Got food and wandered about, then decided we were going to Sky Bar, so headed back to the room to shower and get ready, we all had to wear jeans and plimsolls as they had a certain dress code.
