Our last full day in Krabi before we set off to Phuket, so we explored the area even more. We walked alongside the pier which had some stunning views and a rather large crab! The symbol of Krabi I'm guessing! We treated ourselves to a 3 course meal for dinner and a couple of beers, came to a measly 7 quid-ish! Loving the cheapness of Thailand.

Happy Birthday!! My actual birthday today, very hungover but it was worth it after a great night out with nice people. Opened my birthday cards... Missing one from Kacy Clark though.. Hmm Other than chilling out and walking around Krabi Town we didn't do too much. Had a reasonable fry up with Nick, not quite English standards! Skyped the family and the mrs in the evening which was nice to catch up! Miss home a bit but it's worth it.

We spent today just exploring our surroundings in Krabi Town. The nearest beach is a 15 - 20 minute bus journey away in Ao Nang, the more expensive part of Krabi. We are in the more rural area, hardly any bars or touristy shops, quite nice actually. Nick had to go to the clinic today as he had an infected foot, so whilst he was doing that me and Ben went and had some Thai food in a small shop watching the world go by... Finally we checked out of Cozy Bungalows, off to Krabi Town today. Minibus to the pier, caught our 3 hour ferry across to mainland Thailand. Then a 2 hour bus journey, followed by a short taxi journey and we arrive at Boss & Benz House. Just over £20 for 5 nights accommodation with air conditioning, lovely. Went out for some Thai food, ended up in this restaurant where nobody spoke a word of English, don't think this place is for tourists, but we managed...
