Finally I have got my blog working again. So to recap from the beginning. On leaving Perth I travelled to Southern Cross to a free camp site a long day. Set off early next morning be soon realise it was going to get hot so at Lunch time decided to pull in and just sit it out. The goodness the next was overcast so a good travelling day, I made to Eucla and stayed the night doing a big cook up before heading into South Australia. Free camped again just west on Penong. Finally finished the long stretch and pulled into Venus Bay where I was going to spend 3 nights to relax, but then got a free night so it was 4.

Now fully relax and ready to be on the road again I travelled down the coast calling into the other little towns on the way. On arriving at Port Lincon I got my natural parks enterance and did a little shoping before heading out to Lincon N.P. What a beautiful spot. By mid afternoon I found myself at a lookout ontop a cliff, feeling exhausted again i decided to stay here for the nigh (not a camp spot). Next morning I had a walk about and had the most beautiful view of the cliff face and ocean. Boy what people miss when they don't take adventures. Then moved down to a camp site on the inlet side which was also lovely. With a cool morning I set off towards Port Augusta, but once again the temperature started to rise so decided to go right through to Port Augusta and stay at a caravan site, thank goodness they had a swimming pool. Today is much cooler so will do much need washing of car a van and relax whilst seeing some of Port Augusta.
