So as I mentioned we booked into YHA where we were booked into a dorm room, however upon arrival we were given keys to a twin private so an uniterrupted nights sleep was achieved and that was well needed after the previous nights antics. That said the way I sleep Im not entirely sure there would of been a problem whatever we were given.

Not a lot to write about Auckland we landed we slept we went the following day to a hire company and got ourselves a Nissan Station Wagon for the time we intend to spend here. Went for rental this time as not enough time here to buy and sell a car and rental gives us the extra freedom over a bus plus the ability to move quicker. Unfortunatley Andy is on a tighter timeframe then me so bit of a rush job for NZ and although I could take longer I am so used to travelling with someone now I may as well go with his timeframe, plus all the sports on offer here would not be soo much fun on me tod!!!!! So after getting our wagon off we departed towards Rotorua the place where we always said since Australia where we would undertake the old favourite of White Water Rafting. Will hope to see more of Auckland on the return leg since flying out of here so Auckland Part 2 is yet to come!!!
