This is a photo of the view of where we camped at Clairview where the tide goes out for a couple of kms. When we were there it was a full moon and the tide dropped a whopping 6 metres!!!!
It was a lovely spot with a rustic bar and bistro serving yummy local seafood. The locals were very friendly but unfortunately so were the mozzies. We ended up staying an extra night as Chris felt unwell, must have picked up bug or something, he woke up shivering in the night and very feverish and achy and weak but luckily it only lasted 24hrs and he managed to shake it. It was a nice place to be but you don't like to be sick when you are in the middle of nowhere not close to anything.
