We had quite an eventful trip from Cusco to Puno, we had booked a royal class bus, but when we got to the bus station it was a local bus. We arrived in Cusco and got a taxi to the hotel we had pre booked in Lima, we were both starving so went and got some breakfast and were introduced to the delights of coca tea. Its supposed to be a very good cure for altitude sickness. We have both been blown away by the town, its really beautiful and has a certain romantic charm.
