Monkey Mia this morning - dolphins have been on the bucket list for about 2 decades. Park the camper, walk over to the beach and b***** me 8 dolphins including 3 calves are no more than 6 feet off the beach. Better yet, at one only we were the only 2 on the beach!

We walked 2.5 km of the Wulyibidi Yaninyina Walk that went straight up through the desert dunes before rejoining the beach. At one point we were sharing the walking track with wild emus.

Had lunch at the Monkey Bar Cafe within the RAC Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort ... nice food and not as expensive as I was expecting, especially for a resort.

Visited the Shark Bay Discovery and Visitor Centre. A very interesting display on finding HMAS Sydney II and the german vessel that sank her.

Pub crawl in Denham, all two pubs on the waterfront before watching the sun set at Australia's most western town.
