Heading out of Burgos now with a spring in my step and huge smile on my face. Feel so much lighter. Finally Singapore Airlines have confirmed my flight home (business class - woo hoo). This has been a bit of an ongoing saga, and up until 2am this morning my ticket still hadn't been issued. Long long story which I won't go into now, but there had been a glitch in their system & what i thought was a confirmed ticket, it wasn't confirmed with them. Thankfully I was a bit anal & double checked things before leaving home, otherwise there may have been an international incident at the airport when I realised I couldn't get home. My God I am so lucky, that would have truly broken me.
Have had many sleepless nights over this which has dragged on for about 6 weeks. Was on the phone to them at 2am, almost in tears (of anger & frustration) pleading for an end to this. Just checked now and all fixed up. Thank you Singapore air, I love you again. Am so so friggin relieved, I have NEVER felt this relieved before. Muchas Gracias Singapore Air. Ti amo. They truly are the BEST airline in the world. PHEw, can breathe again
