Helsinki highlights tour today but couldn't see much from the bus for the trees. Photo stops at Sibelius monument (equivalent of Emu Park's singing ship, Sibelius composed all his music in his head), Temppeliauko (the Rock Church - built into rock, it's dome is only 13m high), and Senate square (complete with cathedral, of course, and markets just down the street towards the water). Second-hand markets are very popular in Helsinki apparently. You can take your stuff down there and set up a stall. Drove around the harbour where we saw lots of boats and little islands with restaurants and function places, popular for weddings, and all the embassies were along the waterfront as well. Cloudy today with a bit of rain but managed some time in the sun late afternoon after we sailed. 2nd formal night tonight. Our entertainment for the evening was all the Aussies singing karaoke (by far the worst on display!)
